We offer a 12 month manufacturer's warranty on all Hmahli products that covers manufacturer defects only. We also can offer in some cases self-repair kits depending on the issue free-of-charge. We do not cover user damage or wear and tear from the harsh salt water environment or in-proper user use.
We believe in good-faith and will be happy to speak to you about any issues with your Hmahli products before or after 12 months. We will generally contact you regardless once you receive your purchase to ensure everything is working correctly to your satisfaction.
All products are thoroughly inspected and wet tested before being securely packed, and transported with shipping insurance to your location.
